Some older devices take longer to download contacts on the device.
If you’re on the loader screen, and it’s just “stuck’” please do not close or force close the app!
We’ve had user who did just that, he came at us blazing, leaving a negative review:
We contacted him privately to assess the situation. He explained that the app got “stuck” and he closed it, so we asked him to kindly try again and leave the mobile till the duration of the download completed. He was pleased to inform us that this worked and all his contacts had been downloaded!
We offered him a full refund for his initial frustration anyway.
Unfortunately we cannot make older mobiles download content faster, as the mobile’s processors are the ‘engines’ that help run our app, and determine the download speed.
